Refund Policy

Who Can Request a Refund?

Any customer who has purchased a plugin or membership from codefulstudio.co.uk is eligible for a refund provided the request is made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

You do not need to provide a reason. We trust our customers and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at hello@codefulstudio.co.uk with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your order details: order number (or email address used at checkout) and the product name.
3. We process your refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• More than 30 days have passed since the original purchase date.
• The request is for a renewal charge where you were notified at least 14 days in advance and did not cancel before the renewal date.
• The product has been used in violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g. distributed to third parties without authorisation).
• The refund request is deemed fraudulent or abusive (e.g. repeated purchases and refunds of the same product).

If you believe your situation is exceptional, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Renewals & Cancellations

Licences are annual subscriptions. You will receive a renewal reminder at least 30 days before your subscription renews.

To cancel auto-renewal, log in to your account and disable auto-renewal from your account settings, or contact us at hello@codefulstudio.co.uk before your renewal date.

Cancellation stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period. Refunds for the current period are available within 30 days of the most recent charge.

Consumer Rights (UK)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. By downloading or accessing our software, you acknowledge that delivery has begun and you waive this statutory cooling-off period.

Our 30-day guarantee is offered voluntarily and goes beyond your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.
